Ingredients
8 endive leaves
2 ounces quality feta crumbled
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 tablespoon parsley
Pickled mustard seed for garnish
How To Make

Pull 8 leaves from fresh endive and layout for prep

Combine feta and mayonnaise in a small bowl and gently toss until mixed

Distribute feta mayo mixture evenly among endive leaves
4
Sprinkle each with a bit of the chopped parsley or micro herbs (not too much)
Add a few drops of the pickled mustard seeds Enjoy!
